Following the sale of Meridian Storage Group, which he founded and built into a nationally active self-storage advisory platform, Patrick transitioned his focus to principal investing and asset ownership.

Patrick brings a disciplined, operator-minded approach to investing, shaped by more than a decade of hands-on experience across acquisitions, development, and dispositions. He is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and outside of work enjoys fishing, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, and spending time with his wife and four children.
