Patrick Kidder is the founder of Lennox Group, an investment firm focused on the long-term ownership of cash-flowing real assets. Following the sale of Meridian Storage Group, which he founded and built into a nationally active self-storage advisory platform, Patrick transitioned his focus to principal investing, development and asset ownership.
Lennox Group’s primarily focuses on investment in self storage, multi-tenant retail, and small-bay industrial real estate, targeting high-quality opportunities in markets with favorable supply-demand dynamics and demographic tailwinds.
Patrick brings a disciplined, operator-minded approach to investing, shaped by more than a decade of hands-on experience across acquisitions, development, and dispositions. His background as both an owner and former advisor provides a practical perspective on risk, valuation, and long-term asset performance.
He is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and outside of work enjoys fishing, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, and spending time with his wife and four children.
